Gabriele
Rotondo
President and Technical Director Gabriele is the heart and driving force behind AquaResistance but most importantly, he is the creator of the HydroTab. He holds a degree in S.T.A.M.P.A (Sciences and Techniques of Preventive and Adapted Physical Activity) from the University of Tor Vergata and boasts over 10 years of experience as a swimming instructor, fitness teacher and kinesiologist in the healthcare sector.
120bpm constant since 1994, the year he learned how boring it is to stay still after spending 9 months inside the womb. Tireless.
Federico
Tata
Vice President and Marketing & Communication Manager A digital enthusiast and carbonara-addicted. Federico completed a Master’s in Digital Marketing, Communication, and Social Media Management after earning his Master’s Degree in Organization and Marketing for Business Communication from “La Sapienza” University.
He has supported Gabriele from the very beginning when AquaResistance was still just an idea (and the CarboCrema didn’t exist yet).
Dario
Rotondo
Secretary and Administrative & Legal Manager Dario is the administrative and legal manager of AquaResistance. He holds a Law degree and a Master’s in "Investment and International Cooperation" from the University of Tor Vergata.
An expert and enthusiast of labor and union law, he supports activities related to PNRR projects in both business and non-business sectors.
He loves reading any book, as long as it’s in the form of a regulation, ruling or contract.
